Roles of the Empya Representative

  1. To serve as liaison or primary bridge between Mpya members and the management committee

  2. Responsible for gathering feedback from Mpya members

  3. Voicing concerns at meetings

  4. Communicating management decisions back to the Mpya

  5. Engage Mpya on fundraising activities and annual subscriptions

  6. To monitor progress and keep track of how well Essiga Lya Ggere initiatives are working e.g census and registration.
